VISIONARIES ALUMNI NETWORK

A lifelong ecosystem for founders building for the future.
The Visionaries Alumni Network is an ongoing community designed to support founders long after a program ends. The network provides continued access to peer connection, practical support, and trusted resources as founders grow, adapt, and scale their ventures. Because building a company doesn’t happen on a fixed timeline — and neither should founder support. Powered by NYCEDC and operated by Visible Hands and Main Street Assembly.

Why the Network Exists

Most entrepreneurship support is time-bound. Founders graduate with momentum, new insights, and early traction — but the real challenges often emerge after a p ends. The Visionaries Network exists to bridge that gap.

We believe founders benefit most from:
-Long-term community, not one-off cohorts
-Support that evolves with stage, not static programming
-Trusted peer relationships, not transactional networks

This network was built to be infrastructure — not an endpoint.

A Living Founder Ecosystem

The Visionaries Network is an evolving ecosystem that founders get onboarded into after they ‘graduate’ from an eligible program and remain a part of as their companies and careers grow.

Stage-Responsive Support

Founders engage in different ways depending on their current needs — from early customer validation to scaling teams, revenue, and impact.

Curated, High-Trust Community

We prioritize signal over noise. Participation is intentional, founder-first, and grounded in shared values of reciprocity, accountability, and generosity.

How Founders Are Supported

Support within the Visionaries Network may include:
-Peer learning circles and founder roundtables
-Tactical workshops on go-to-market, fundraising, hiring, and operations
-Small-group and 1:1 advisory sessions
-Curated introductions to capital, customers, and talent
-City-based meetups and national convenings
-Access to tools, partners, and ecosystem resources
-Programming and engagement are designed to scale with founder needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all experience.
